Ok, I know it's late, but it's still August 20th in Los Angeles California. So, Happy Birthday to Sex God Robert Plant!!

I'm still open to ditching my life to run away with you Robert...sigh...

Earlier this week I wore my Robert necklace I bought on Etsy years ago, and after taking it off to go to the gym I hung it from my rear-view. There he was, smiling when I got in the car this morning! Oh la la.

I don't know how to top the photo spreads of years prior in this space,so I took a picture of that. Enjoy! ;)

ROBERT!!

Yes, that day is upon us again....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBERT PLANT!!

And you know what else? I get to go see him play October 7th at the Hollywood Palladium!! It was gift from my amazing partner and we are bringing my equally amazing step-daughter! EEEEKKK!!! I am SO excited! She is as in love with Robert as I am, it's gonna be a GREAT night.

I have seen thousands of photos of Robert, and I always strive to post ones that are new to me, so here's a pretty good group I have rounded up for today. Oh my GAWD!!!!!

I have had so much going on I didn't talk about the release of the Deluxe Remastered rereleases of the first 3 Led Zeppelin albums that came out YESTERDAY (or, well, 2 days ago as it is now after midnight)!!!

I can't wait to get my hands on these! I think Jimmy is seriously itching to get back to playing some Zeppelin music, and that this is a reflection of that. Till anybody can get Robert to change his damn stubborn mind I guess we go without a live show. I mean, what the hell dude..my other leading man, Danny Elfman who also publicly swore off playing live again has had a changed of heart for a couple of shows (EEEEEK! I missed it the first time and the music Gods have smiled upon me once more!!!).

I have heard Black Dog and Gallows Pole (my favorite Zeppelin song, thank you music gods for putting that on the radio last week) and while the versions that were released at the time are far superior so far, it's going to be very interesting to hear what almost was.

Ah, my love Robert Plant's 65th birthday is today.

I started following "Robert Plant's Plantations" earlier this year on facebook and am so glad I did. I am not sure how they acquired them, but they have many very rare personal photos of Robert I have never seen before that I am going to share with you.
